It has sort of a drop waist, a fuller skirt, and it came with the belt. I think it's long enough to wear with tights as a dress, but it could also go over leggings or leans.</p> <p>I tried it here with leggings and boots. The pictures are not great - it's still a bit wrinkled, obviously if I keep it I'll iron it! What do you think? I was also thinking of trying it with black tights and my two-tone oxfords. </p>
