It's pleated leather with a drawstring waist (not functional, there's a zipper on the side). Sorry for the dark photos and lack of styling. I just scrunched up my sweater to show my waist. It's a bit short but passes the sit test. I'm just not sure it's very flattering, it seems a bit boxy. The online photos made it seem more a-line.<br /> Sorry the photos are dark. </p>
