I prefer the denim at the length you have them rolled, but I like the dark-all-the-way look of the unrolled. </p> <p>Do you have time to hem these before leaving or is it rolling or nothing? If so, I'd leave the denim alone and try to roll the brown up a bit. However, I have to say that you and those looooong legs of yours can get away with even the longest inseam as-is!</p> <p>I know you're in a time/closet crunch, but I'd leave #1 at home; I agree with above comments about the shape/style. Besides, the darker pairs won't show dirt as much. ;)</p> <p>BTW, depending on how hot you run, even "normal" temps aren't that hot in SCa this time of year (and they've had some colder than usual temps). You may find yourself wanting/being fine in jeans. Well, it looks like the denim ones are keepers. We leave for vacation in a week, and I'm not sure I can find other capris before then. I'm not sure what to do about the other two. Hmmmm, is it better to wear my existing *totally* wrong capris (all cargo cuff ones at a bad length, LOL), or use these 3 pairs as "interim" better ones until I find perfect ones? They weren't expensive. I thought the rule was like skirt hem length -- to hit on a narrow part of the leg (usually right above or right below the knee) so you can see the shape of the leg for a more flattering line. </p> <p>I do like the color of the first one. Nice in summer when dark colors can absorb the sun and make you feel warmer. I like the brown best and I think the denim are fine both rolled up or not. I'm not a fan of the first ones - they look sort of paper bag like, for lack of a better word, to me.<br /> I believe the wisdom behind capri lenght is that it hits on or above the widest part of the calf?
