Tying it like that was the only way to get it to be narrow at the waist. Keep the first if it goes with your wardrobe and lifestyle. I have a drape front cardigan that is very similar that I wear quite often with skinnies and boots/flats. I got it for such a great price, but there's no point keeping it if I don't love it. And I'm not exactly sure if I love it. I don't know exactly how I would wear it, but I love the feel of the fabric and the coziness of it. I don't like wearing it belted because I feel like it shortens me and makes me look stubby. But leaving it open feels too overwhelming. </p> <p>For the second one- does the style work for my body type. It's not meant to be worn with the sash tied back, but it looked a lot more flattering on me this way.
