Well at least that's the message coming from my wardrobe lol! It's a lovely dress on you. I do think for layering a more tailored fabric tends to work better, particularly if you are wanting to wear a nice crisp cotton shirt underneath. This dress would work best with something like a long sleeve very fine knit T. And of course on it's own it looks fantastic. I think it would be a fabulous addition to a wardrobe.</p> <p>I like it better not layered but I think it is the sleeves in the layer that bother me just a bit. I think I would prefer it with a thin long sleeve (or elbow length) with spandex where the sleeves are tighter to your arms. So I decided to try this jersey LBD from Esprit that's more A-line. I really like it, but I wanted to make sure that YLFers did too.
