Based on this blogger (whom I read from time to time and have a general sense of her sizing), I would probably size down to a 4 or maybe even a 2 in this particular dress. I doubt I would take the 6 into the fitting room, but I'd try on the 4 first. (Am I the only one that does this? Tries on the larger of two sizes first so if I have to try on both--grumble--at least it's because something was too big, rather than too small? Sizing at anthro can be all over the place--I used to think a lot of their stuff just "didn't fit me" when I actually sometimes need to try on the XS despite "not being" an XS (or a L for that matter).
