I have one from express called "the hourglass" jacket that *might* work for you. It cuts in more around the waist than most normal blazers I've tried. It's fairly long, though. Even bootcuts that are slim through the knee break might be good. I had the same problem with this jacket and ended up returning it. By the time I got a size that fit in the body, I couldn't bend my arms.
