They fit you so smoothly on the leg. I have the same problem with whiskering. All. The. Time. For skinnies like these, I would reserve them for tunics or short dresses or long BR cardis, and then wouldn't worry about the slight whiskering since it would be covered. I have some Gap leans that are pretty snug and I plan to wear them just with long tops like I mentioned and tall boots. </p> <p>As others have said, wear them around the house for a few hours (or a day if you can manage that) to see if they stretch out and if so, how much. Zap, high five on the stretch police work! I think with skinnies it's a LOT about the eye adjustment. At the beginning, (a year ago or so), they looked plain weird to me - me as in a die-hard bootcut/flare pants fan, they as far from flare as you can get LOL! But I gave them a try and first I only wore them with boots and longer sweaters/cardis. Now I like the look with ballet flats or gladiator sandals and shorter tops (like mid-hip length)..
