It didn't work for me but I think it looks great on you. It doesn't look too small to me but is it uncomfortable around the waist band? Also, the length in your photos doesn't look overly short but maybe it is the angle. I found it quite short also. There's not much of a hem to let down either. Can you get away with that length for work?
