Angie, the sleeves can be fastened at the shoulder with a strap. It was actually sold with the sleeves rolled up, and I am not sure which way looks better. I love the color, but I returned it today. I figured there will be better options I was just curious what it was about the style, just so I can focus better in the future. Of course, I couldn't come home empty-handed and picked a navy military-esque jacket at CM sale. Ever since the navy+black blog post, I've been really drawn to that combo. Those sleeves are hard to wear and can make your shoulders look broader than they are. I finally managed to take pictures of a couple of things that I am intending to return next week. I like the color, but I don't think it's the best fit for me with the shoulder ruching. I feel sort of like a box... even though in the picture it looks better than I thought. 2 - <a href="http://i293.photobucket.com/albums/mm57/cyudo/IMG_8513.jpg">dress</a> from Anthro sales rack. (BTW, the jeans in the first picture are the smaller size Elsons. Still thinking what to do about them - can't decide if they could accommodate 5 lb weight gain without fit issues.
