But! I get this problem too, as I also have narrow shoulders and a narrow upper back, and sometimes (unless you want to get all your jackets custom-made or never wear jackets) you just have to put up with it when you have this figure variation. Would you be wearing a bulkier top underneath? It is also a bit boxy on you.
