On you, it hits a little lower on the waist (closer to your natural waist) and the skirt is a little longer on you. It just needs to be made comfortable in the sleeves and it needs to be pressed. You could add a belt to this and it would look kind of 50s, in a good way. One flaw is that the elastic on the sleeves is uncomfortable when it's on my forearms, so I scrunched it up above my elbows. The other flow is that it is poofy and short. Ignore the wrinkles...I'd have to iron it before wearing. </p>
