I have burgundy boots that have gotten a lot of wear. I love them with grays, navy and black. Certainly denim too. I'm not sure about brown but it's worth a try. You could try an insert at the ball of your foot which would push it back into the heel a bit. If they are comfortable enough I say keep, at least through the fall and see if you reach for them then.

They are gorgeous, classics that happen to be very on trend at the moment. If you can make them more comfy with some insets, they would be awesome for dressier occasions.

These are lovely shoes. I agree you could add some inserts and use them for special occasion wear. That way you would not have to walk long distances. Parties, christmas etc. I think if you can make them fit well they are worth keeping.

They are a classic, beautiful style and I'd say they're definitely worth keeping. Try some shoe inserts as suggested to see if they can't be made less slippy.

They are beautiful shoes..... for the right occasion that doesn't require walking too far! There are various foot pads/soles available to alleviate your size issues. I bought some from Shopbop a few months back, and I'm sure some shoe shops would stock them too. I have some similarly coloured pumps and they work with lots of things. Denim, navy, grey, white, cream, black and taupe pants and dresses. I recently wore them with some yellow jeans and these two colours paired surprisingly well. I haven't tried them with dark brown or camel but I'm sure they would well work too. You can see how well they work with the colours in the fabric you have in the background of your photo.
Even if you only wear these shoes now and then, I would keep these classic French beauties.

I bought a similar pair last year, actually, and have worn them a handful of times to work and for plays/parties. Looking forward to wearing them again in fall. Some past outfits here: https://www.stylitics.com/items/471506
Re: the size, my feet slide forward due to the pitch of the shoe, causing my heels to slip, though they really aren't too big. Issue was easily solved by wadding up a bit of paper towel in the toe of the shoe.

(I vote keep!)

How is it to walk in them? I love the look of heels but if they are both high and a little big, they might get clompy.

If they work for you, I would wear them with all fall / winter tones! This color could really function like a neutral. I think it could work with black, gray, navy, cobalt, forest green, brown, ivory ...

I would love them with any skinnies -- dressy, denim, or camo; also BF jeans. Also pencil or full skirts. Also any dresses. Really -- as long as you can walk in them, I think they could be really versatile for work or going out.

I bought these pumps at the urging of a friend years ago and have only worn them three times. They are higher than I normally wear and when I was heavier I had a hard time being comfortable in them. Now I can wear higher heels but they might be a smudge big. They were a very expensive show that I got on deep deep discount which is probably the reason I've hung into them so long.

I'm wondering what I could wear with them this fall?

Any suggestions? Black skinnies? Can you wear this color with browns?
Does anyone have any deep red shoes they have used in outfits?
Or should I donate?

Thanks in advance.
