The leather Marvyn trench (#8) was a hand-me-down from a roommate in 2005; I'm not sure how long she had it before that. The mfg tag is gone and lining has been repaired a few times. The leather is soft and thin, like a lambskin almost, and feels like butter, which is why I've had a hard time parting with it. And #7 will make a great summer jacket over dresses/skirts/culottes. You could roll the sleeves if they feel too long, or hack them and leave a raw edge. </p> <p>#2 and #4 are neither here nor there; they fit but aren't wow. 5, 6, 8 all look off to me, too big on the shoulders, but maybe not relaxed enough through the body to give a real oversized vibe. It may be a little roomy in the shoulders - I’d wear it open and layered. Not sure about 2. Something looks off in the chest/shoulder area. 3 looks good to me. 4 looks a little long in the sleeve. You might want to update it with a jacket that has a lower button stance, especially with all the velvet around now. Not sure about 5. The shoulders look a little wide. Angie will know. </p>
