I have a very hard to fit foot b/c it is so wide and flat, particularly towards the toe area. Well this shoe provided ample room for my foot and did not pinch. The straps are soft and my pinky toe did not stick out through the straps. If I had a complaint it would only be that it is about 1 inch higher than my ideal true running around sandal but it is still very comfortable and I felt very steady on my feet in the heel. Just chiming in to say give this one a try if you are still looking for a comfortable, flattering wedge. </p>
