I'm an hourglass sz. 6-8 at AT, BR, Talbots, and WHBM, and my Kate Spade dresses are an 8. The dresses definitely seem like they're tailored to curvier figures. For each pair of shoes they have the measurements in inches and centimetres (under "how it fits"). I found this very helpful when buying my cobalt pumps: I went with the size that was closest to the measurements in centimetres and they fit perfectly.
