The two he wanted to fire have done nothing but get even worse...</p> <p>&nbsp;Long story short, they resigned Tuesday and Wednesday my husband dropped the bombshell about our Ireland trip and his absence for about 3 weeks... ( yes he waited this long to tell them!)&nbsp;&nbsp;Since my husband sold 72% of the sales last month this is huge! &nbsp;They only have two other salesman right now... Only one of them is a producer. &nbsp;</p> <p>With the new 6 weeks on-boarding process the consultant made up-( unheard of for commission sales), this is going to be a huge hit...Not to mention there is no one to really train them... &nbsp;</p> <p>They are being very nice about it to DH, but their heads are definitely spinning... Their immediate plan was to weed out any questionable leads and concentrate on only solid ones and load my husband up for the remaining two weeks before the trip... Great for DH! &nbsp;</p> <p>We had no idea that the two would be pushed to resign, but found out yesterday while bowling and he had planned on telling them about Ireland on Tuesday, but was busy and didn't get the chance... Had he done so they would probably not done performance reviews Tuesday and forced the resignations. We couldn't help, but giggle at each other the entire time we were bowling in anticipation of him giving them our news...&nbsp;</p> <p>Okay, done gloating,&nbsp;&nbsp;going to try to find myself now and wish the best for them all... Hoping the remaining great salesman ( my husband's only hire and his best friend) will kick butt and make lots of money for his family for Christmas! &nbsp;</p> <p>Note- DH has made more money than&nbsp;when managing these past 8 weeks, enough to pay our Sept. and Oct bills , most of Nov and a good chunk for spending money for Ireland. &nbsp;He has enough time to probably finish making the bills for November as well... Unbelievable!!!!!! &nbsp;</p> <p> </p>
