I echo all the advise.

Try a US6 in the KM top first, Laura.

I buy KM and I am a size 4 in JCrew (US sizing) and a size 10 in KM (when normally I am a UK size 8). I need to buy KM one size bigger than my usual UK sizing.

The quality of KM is lovely, so as long as you know your size, it is a great product.

I often shop at KM and very much agree it runs small. I'm pretty compact up top and would wear UK 8 for KM or XS - especially for this style of top.

I second Angie in that KM runs small. I am between the two of you in size (AT size 0), and I have tried some KM pieces in size 4 that fit well. In general sizes, I own some KM size XS.

Angie, all the sizes I mentioned were US. I wear 2 in Ann Taylor, notorious for vanity sizing.

So....if KM 2US = Ann Taylor 00, then KM 6US = Ann Taylor 2?

Also is there any point in trying KM with a larger bust? In terms of flattery, I mean?

Laura, KM runs small. Also - don't confuse the UK sizes with the US sizes. A UK8 is a US2.

I wear a US0 most of the time (a UK6). A US00 from places like WHBM, J.Crew, Ann Taylor, and the Loft because their fits are not narrow. But in KM and Boden - I wear a US2, which is their smallest size. And it fits like a US0.

What US size do you usually wear, and from which store?

I'm confused about what size to order in this top collected by Angie and Joyce B.It shows I'd wear a size 8 American, which is probably close to my true non-vanity size. BUT--the chart also shows that the size 2 fits a woman with a 31" bust. I'm little, but I haven't been that little since I was 12. The chart can't possibly be truthful--they couldn't stay in business making clothes that small. Right?

I did some googling and discovered that KM has a very pear-shape fit, which I guess explains some of it. Any idea what size to order for a size 2-4 (American) hourglass? Or is it just not going to work in any size?
