The other is that it needs some shaping through the torso so you can wear it without a belt. A belt spoils the look of the stripes, to my eye.<br /> So, whether you keep it as a dress or convert it to tank/skirt you have quite a bit of work to do on it. I've just been through a similar exercise with an old tee that I wanted to turn into a skirt.
