Thank you all for being such an amazing community and for bring willing to share your experiences, advice, and encouragement. </p> <p>I know there's light at the end of the tunnel, and this is far from the worst depression that I've had, but it is an uphill battle to get through. It's been up and down, and I still feel like I'm failing in many things. I've also had some really good days in the past two weeks too, and I'm getting more sleep most nights of the week than when I last posted. </p> <p>I just wanted to check in and say that I am ok, and give a very heartfelt thank you. </p> <p>(Edited: after reading your comments about my critters I've added a couple snaps of Boo and Blinkin feeling the holiday spirit.) </p>
