I think I'd add a "boyfriend" white button down shirt over the tank (maybe one of those white silky tunics for less edge? or a cardi to play it safer(?) but not so much fun;)), unbuttoned, belted with a black skinny belt like she's wearing in the pic.<br /> I can also see the shorts worn with a marine striped top. Although now that I think about this more, you should feel free to experiment a lot with this, because quirky is what you will WANT to get out of the look.
