I love the color of the navy top, but I have so many short-sleeved shirts that I can't wear without an over-layer most of the year in Seattle (my arms get chilly!) and am trying to stock up on blouses that have a more substantial sleeve. (Aesthetically, I don't mind wearing a shorter sleeve.)
