Just a couple of days ago I received some Lands End board shorts! ( yes, I thought the sky would fall if I bought shorts!). These are 11 inches long and my normal size works and they seem to work with my glucose meter. I had read a review from a woman who wears these all the time, not just around the water and decided 12” might work for my old legs. They are available in a variety of lengths and sizes, plain and prints. Right now they are on sale. They may be something you would like for the beach and maybe more.
