Measurements are 36-30-38. I wear a 32 C or D bra, and have a broad shoulder line. The U.K. 12/US 8 in the 'Louisa' is perfect for me. The 52% cotton/48% modal jersey is stretchy and forgiving! The top part of the dress fits like a jersey t-shirt and flows away from the body at the waist and over the hips. The dress is plenty long, a midi for sure, and falls below the knee in regular. I would say the dress runs TTS. I would not size up.</p> <p>I was most pleased with the sleeves. They are roomy, but without being too long or having too much volume. The shape is very pretty with a nod to the current full sleeve trend without being over the top. The dress is supremely comfortable to wear. #1+2 Louisa, #3 Phoebe.</p> <p>As you can see from pics below, I am on Team Wear! It is 12 inches around the arm. my upper rm measures 11 and 1/2.). </p> <p>Liz A - the Phoebe is 14 inches from seam to seam across the back of the shoulders. My bust measures 36 inches around, but my shoulders measure 42 (tape wrapped around upper arms and shoulders). The 8 is snug and the 100% cotton fabric does not stretch as much as the cotton/model blend of the Louisa.</p> <p>Hope this helps. If I was ordering another Phoebe I would probably size up, but not in the Louisa. I swim and weight train and have always had shoulder fit issues.
