How about a fascinator for your hair instead of a something around your neck?

If you have time, you can EBay some vintage clip earrings. There are some awesome ones out there for not much money. I am smitten with the aurora borealis crystal ones, myself, which has some of the peacock colors in them.

I like your rings and the idea of the collar necklace. With the shoes with the flowers, I'm thinking not feather(s)...

MuseumGal: two other friends suggested earrings as well, but I'm just not going to get my ears pierced again, so necklace it is. I got a multi-strand necklace of all silvery metal beads and a wrist-cuff that matches. It goes well with my rings I feel dressed up enough while still being totally within my own style sensibility.

Olivegreen: I always think that type of jewelry is interesting, but mostly it's not my style.

Thank you both for ideas and suggestions!

Oh, that's a wonderful jumpsuit and you look amazing in it. You know, I'm not sure I'd wear a necklace with that neckline. I love the way it accentuates your clavicles. Too bad you don't wear earrings, my first suggestion would have been to put your hair up and wear a pair of fabulous chandeliers. I think bracelets and rings would be fab. Maybe some big chunks of silver, since you seem to like that, and it would go with the sleekness of the jumpsuit. Not sure the more organic (i.e. feathers) would match so well. Whatever you choose for jewelry, you already look fab.

I thing the very heavy and modern silver collar would look good, if it hits you in the right place on the neck/breastbone.
The dangling parrot feather would be my other choice, that is yours?
And except for that watermarked ring, perhaps nothing else?

Below is a picture of the outfit I'm wearing to an upcoming wedding. I used to make my own jewelry, but my studio and all my tools and supplies are in storage too far away to go retrieve anything. Photo #1 is the jumper I will be wearing. Photo #2 is the shoes (the picture is not so great, those are flowers and they are beaded and sparkle). Photo #3 is an idea of the kinds of jewelry I've favored in the past and gives an idea hopefully of what weight of jewelry may or may not look okay on me. The only piece I did not make myself is the dark wood bead necklace with the abalone and wood pendant (photo #3, middle right).

Someone else suggested earrings to go with the outfit, but I stopped wearing those during my child's early years when he liked to randomly yank on (and break) my jewelry, and my piercings have since closed up.

I'm favoring a necklace, bracelets and a ring or two. Photo #4 is my ideas for jewelry: either silvery pieces (left side and top middle) that I can wear with my own rings (shown in photo #3 - one of them even has a cabachon in possibly the same blue!) or larger black pieces, such as a sparkly black beaded version of the turquoise bead cuff and ring in to go with a necklace like the one in the bottom middle.

The one other thought is to wear the peacock feather necklace pictured in the top right of Photo #3. I wish I had that peacock clutch in Photo #4, and I could go in a more colorful blue/green accessory direction, but the peacock necklace might be too understated?

Thank you for any and all ideas and suggestions!
