Reporting back that the Kuts held up fantastically all day - no bagging or stretching and were warm and comfy. But they are ponte and not denim.

I still really love my Gap legging jeans after several seasons. They're not knit, but they're very stretchy and super comfortable.

My Citizens of Humanity black knit jeans have all the jeans detail but are cozy-soft enough to curl up at home, or travel all day with panache. Got them at Nordstrom last fall and they became instant fav's.

Una- Thanks! I'll have to check them out the next time I'm on a shopping excursion!

Marley- All these types of pants do get confusing, don't they? ;-)

To me, skinnies are jeans (demin) with a very tapered fit. Ponte leggings are a medium weight, knit legging that are of a higher quality than the stuff you find at Forever21. And jeggings are a hybrid of the two. A medium knit with the stretch of leggings, that looks like denim, but with jeans styling (pockets, etc).

Does that make sense?

I know we've had this discussion before, but I can't remember the answer - so, I'll ask again - what is a jegging? And what is the difference between a skinny, a ponte legging, and a jegging????

I JUST got the Kut from the Kloth pointe jeggings when out browsing today. Can't review yet but they are thick and have back pockets. Got a size down which is my usual mode in Kuts.

I'm hoping the wise women of YLF can steer me in the right direction.

I love my skinny jeans, and even though flares are coming back (yay!), I'm in the market for something new. I love, love, LOVE my ponte leggings, and I'm hoping to duplicate that fit, but in jegging form. Does anyone have a brand they prefer, and can you tell me why?

I'm looking for something that is a convincing dupe for jeans (pockets, fly, etc) but in a very slim fit. I'd also like a fabric at least as thick as my ponte leggings, for both structure/saggy bottom proofing purposes. Maybe high waisted, maybe not? I guess it just depends on how they fit a very curvy figure.

All of this is a tall order, I know. But if anyone can point me in the right direction, it's you ladies!
