Basically they fit like leggings - kind of painted on your legs. I have 2 pairs of Gap jeggings and wear them with tunics and boots only as i feel they are too tight to wear otherwise. I have a pair of the second type, and I wear them the same as I wear my regular skinnies, because they look just like skinnies. How do you define jeggings? I have pants that are denim and I like to wear under casual tunics in cooler weather -- for some reason they just look better to me than leggings. They do zip up (not pull on) but are tight fitting on the legs -- like leggings. What is the difference between skinny jeans and jeggings? Also, are jeggings out of fashion? I was not clear on that from the leggings post. </p>
