When you get the 00, definitely spend a bit of time in both pairs to see about how much they "grow" and whether you like the baggier or tighter fit. If they're that loose on you now, they'll be around your ankles in a matter of hours. Try the 00. The Long and Leans are best when they are form-fitting around the rear and thighs. They stretch out a tad from there and yet still show off your figure. You may still need to get the waist taken in -- I'd assess after wearing.
