Whiskering, unless it's quite subtle, has kept me from buying jeans before.  I had hoped this trend was losing steam.  And I find bunchy (or tight) knees a disqualifier also, although I bet there are many people who aren't bothered at all. I actually sent mine back and I'm a die-hard Dre fan. The high contrast whiskering made me look wider (in my opinion). I don't think that when I look at you in them, though, but that could also be the darker picture ... can't see the high contrast whiskering as well. Skip the burgundy Paige jeans if the waist is slightly uncomfortable. Been there, done that ... not worth it. I really like the Cosco gray jeans. They look perfect with your flats! I also like the Paige jeans from the Rack. I think Paige does a great job with the rear view and you're no exception! They look great! If you like them, I say keep them! And I pretty much exclusively wear jeans so I feel your pain. I like the the costco jeans. I am not sure about the length. What footwear is planned? If you wear boots or flats I think they would very well. Sometimes costco offers 2 lengths in jeans so that might be worth trying. I'm not loving the gray jeans. I do think they are too short to be worn as full length jeans. I think the blue Paiges are awesome on you! I also like the blue dres. The burgundy Paiges also look great, but I understand when the waist isn't comfy, mama isn't comfy. The blue KUTs also look good. There is significantly less stretch in the olive KUTs than in either of the Paiges, which gives them more of a denim feel and heft. Also, "skinny" is a bit misleading on these. I find the calf to be much straighter than normal skinnies. The color is great in the olive! I like the back view on the Dres best, but really hate the whiskering and full price. I tried the blue Kut Dianas, but they were too big. Maybe I should try those sized down in olive? I usually have my best luck when I am not looking for jeans! I do like the way #1 looks on you, too bad the different color didn't fit the same. I agree with the wrinkling around your knees, jeans often do that to me too. Sometimes it they are shorter it pulls that down but not always. I like the Costco ones, they seem to be a nice skinniness in the legs without being too skinny and I love that color gray. I'm more confused than ever. I tried on a pair of blue Dres in store (pics 1&2) and liked them, so I ordered the burgundy in this size and one size up. They arrived and both pairs were too small. Pics 3&4 are a pair of inexpensive gray jeans I picked up at Costco. I think they fit the best of the lot. 5&6 are a pair of dark blue Paige jeans I found at the rack. They are suuuuper comfy. 7,8,9 are the burgundy Paiges from NAS. I love the color. They're ok, comfort wise, but not the absolute best in the waist. If I sized up I think they'd get too loose in the legs. I didn't notice it in person, but in the pics I really don't like the bunching at the knees in the two Paige pairs. I'm leaning towards returning them both and picking up blue and black Costco jeans. Fwiw, I'm super self conscious of my mom pouch, below the waist in jeans, and pretty much never wear shirts that expose it. If you've made it this far, what do you think?
