Lucky Brand did a collection but it was two years ago or more. Now they say that "made in country" means the jeans were finished in that country but where other steps of process ( like coloring/dye/fraying..) is unknown. There is probably one or two mills that produce fabrics that could be use for denim in USA. I think Agolde is made in LA. Also Reformation, which you mentioned. There are quite a few other small labels that only do men's jeans (I think women's jeans are much trickier in terms of design and sizing). Levi's has a few made-in-the-US options -- maybe just special 501s at this point? Oh, and there's Gamine if you're into the dungarees look. They really just do workwear.
