I have had exactly the same situation with my cream leather boots. I get most of it off with acetone, but you can’t use this on suede. Suede is just about the hardest fabric to clean in a light colour. Also, dye usually comes off inferior quality jeans. I have a pair of dark blue gap jeans and the dye keeps on coming off a year later. I have pair of dark blue Diesel jeans and the dye has never rubbed off onto anything.</p> <p>Your best bet is to take your boots to the shoe cleaners to see if they can help you out. Try Nordstrom’s too.
