And this skirt is tapered perfectly for that length. Plus longer hems are in. You can always shorten this when hem lines go up again. </p> <p>There's something off about the length of #2 but can't be sure, it may be how you are standing. It seems to me that it may be a smidge too short for "at the knee"?
