I have not worn them out of the house yet but they seem comfortable so far. Because the top of the shoe is plain, other than the zippers, they do make my size 8.5 feel look a little long. I like the color of the cognac but prefer the style of the double zip. However while browsing other shoes on JCrew site I was strangely attracted to those double zip loafers as well. Now I think they are sleek and streamlined and actually like a low cut pair of booties...<br />I want a navy pair but it is gone in y size now.
