Not heavy snow, but quite sleety and cold. Now I live in Australia, so that was very cold for me. I don't think there is a photo of me from that trip not wearing my very heavy wool coat, gloves and scarf. He says lots of places will be closed at that time. Just a heads up. I seriously need some advice on how cold it will be there (Tokyo, Kyoto) and dressing for the weather. I feel the Uniqlo puffer + sweater may not be sufficient even though. Not sure I want to carry around thick wool coat though. Suggestions? tIa. </p>
