The denim cutoffs are reserved for the most casual of occasions - camping and at home wear. But the white and black are a bit smarter. A woven cotton too with shorts and sunglasses and comfortable shoes has been what I have been wearing on repeat.</p> <p>Here are five recent shorts looks. The two green and white tops are new this summer. The blue and cream are both over four years old. The second image with the blue top was me trying to experiment with longer socks - my fashion conscious friend did not like it!</p> <p>The skirt outfit was a casual Friday at work - I always enjoy a mix of warm and cool colours in the same outfit.</p> <p>New in January for me were the green and white tank- gifted, the white shorts - I immediately liked the cut and length, and the swimsuit. The first three finds. White shorts need to join my essentials list I think - immediately i have so many combos in mind.</p> <p>I have a few other woven tops that I wear in those combos too. Whilst I usually tuck with jeans and trousers with shorts I prefer not to tuck. </p>
