Great colour match with the jacket.</p> <p>I'd try the jacket un-buttoned, and scrunching the sleeves. You'll get the same structure with a dose of ease to match the integrity of the boots. Or un-button the bottom two buttons. </p> <p>The un-buttoning will also off-set the "too long length of the jacket, to my eye". It looks especially long all buttoned up, if that makes sense! </p> <p>Or wear lighter jeans to create a low contrast. What I am finding I’m reaching for are pieces like I’m wearing today. It’s sort of a cross behind a blazer and a sweater (I think it looks more tailored in photo than in person because it’s a soft knit). I reached for the cream boots as a way to toughen them look, and to create a color sandwich. I don’t dislike the result, but I don’t love it either. What do you think?<br /> Thanks for looking.
