I really appreciate all your compliments! </p> <p>Shiny, the brooch isn’t removable. It’s made from individual “stones”, plastic, I think, sewed on over a black organza shape. The knit is what I would call medium weight. It isn’t light like a classic cardigan, such as you’d find in a twin set, but not as heavy as boiled wool. I could take another photo that may show the texture, tomorrow in daylight. </p> <p>I think the price has dropped a few more dollars since I ordered mine . Which might encourage you to order and try it out. I actually picked up in store when I went to visit my daughter. Our Macy’s closed and I miss it.</p> <p>The color is a perfect match to the lace pants. I expected a rayon woven but it’s knit, and drapes nicely, so a bit slimmer looking in person. I like the decorative beads.</p> <p>It’s warm, which is great for a February wedding. And underneath, a silver or black satin shell will work, as I doubt I can find another perfect blue.</p> <p>Thanks for looking! </p>
