				<description>&#060;p&#062;Update: I got an email from J Jill today stating that although I had ordered the blouses before their 30% off sale, they are now applying the sale price to my order and because it will be taking a week before they ship due to their Canadian confirmation policy plus the U.S. holiday, they are removing the shipping fee and sending for free. Originally my order for the two blouses (with shipping, duties and taxes) totalled $82.19. I will now be getting my order for $45.67.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I must say I was very impressed by this so they've gone up a notch with me!

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Wow - interesting that others have had the frustration with J Jill. Meanwhile I ordered a yellow striped sweater from Gap yesterday morning and got confirmation this morning that it's been shipped (thanks for the sweater tip Inge).&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;All I know is I hope the blouses fit and I like them 'cause the thought of returning them and ordering a different size makes my head hurt!

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Yes, I used their online chat to follow-up and I don't get the Cdn card issue at all.  The package shipped in about a week but the shipping to Pembina is another week !!  I also ordered the shoes from 6pm and they just shipped but are arriving today so at least the shipping is fast.  &#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Shannon, if CBSA decides to inspect the package that can add another week onto the time.  We order cables and other electronic add-ons from a company in Hong Kong and they usually arrive in Vancouver in about 3-4 days and sit there for a week or two.  Grrrr&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I am looking forward to getting my shirts so am not too choked up about it.  Maybe I am getting desensitized to the realities of online shopping from Canada.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I had the same experience with J Jill.   I don't remember the length of time it took b/f they actually shipped the order, but it was well beyond average.  I had hoped that was the exception rather than the norm.  I suspect it is the norm though.  &#060;/p&#062;

I realized that I had never gotten a ship email and called. Fortunately, they seem to hold on to orders forever, and I got it within two or three days of calling.

&#060;p&#062;&#034;We received your inquiry regarding the status of order # 40202380. At this time your order is pending authorization. Your order should be shipped out on 5/29/12 and arrive within 10-14 business days by your postal carrier.&#034;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;That seems like an awfully long time to process an order or am I just being impatient? 9 days before it's even sent?
