I hit up the J.Crew outlet store occasionally and all the pieces I own from there are still lovely. Sometimes items in the outlet are specifically made for the Factory store; and then sometimes the pieces in the B&amp;M Factory store have excess from the J.Crew store.</p> <p>I have ordered once from the Factory store now that they have it open online on the weekends. They offer free shipping and only the items from the clearance section are final sale. The other pieces are returnable.</p> <p>I saw the email with those blazers. The quality is nothing like the real J.Crew stuff. It's not worth the price IMO. You can get the same quality stuff at regular Gap on sale .... I peeked into a J Crew Outlet at Palm Springs, but I didn't have long enough to try anything on. The quality is quite good (can't compare with J Crew shirts as I have never owned one) and is still as good even after a few washes. I have heard they the quality is generally sub-par because outlet shopping is primarily tourists who can't return anything once they return home.
