The quality can be decent, better than most outlet versions of stores. A couple months ago was the first time I'd been in. I bought 3 linen/cotton sweaters for $50 total. One sweater was on the clearance rack and a one-off. I'm thinking it was likely from the regular store. The other two were in a regular well-stocked display...maybe made for the outlet?? The whole store was something like 60% off. Although I've only been in a regular J Crew store once, I got the impression that the Factory store is similar to a BR outlet...regular merchandise in the clearance section and "made for the outlet" merchandise the main stock. I love the sweaters I got, and the prices are pretty ridiculous.
