This is often the case with ON/Gap/BR/Athleta. Sometimes it will even indicate this fact when choosing a checkout option. </p> <p>Other times it can actually be a company issue with the warehouse, although that would be more rare. Hope it arrives soon. If I were you, I would call both J. Crew and your local Post Office to see if you can locate the shipment. I had this issue with a Gap/Old Navy package last year. It got stuck at my post office and was not scanned in for home delivery. A couple phone calls remedied the problem.
