We are on 100% commission, and all returns are deducted from our pay. So even if a top is returned because the seams failed or the finish washed off (looking at you, Nexx blouses), we get hit. I would be allowed to look for a new position after 6 months, so I may try to switch to an hourly role such as Visual Stylist (dressing displays -&nbsp;I did this a lot at the Rack, and my previous manager said she'd write a recommendation if I wanted to try it).
