The kind I'm thinking of are so high neck that they do not have straps. Instead they look like halters from the front. Sort of like the shirt I linked to, but not a turtleneck. I know they seem like a basic that would be easy to find, but I swear, hardly anybody sells them, including high end undergarment specialty sites. Trying to find them at the mall is a waste of time. The nearest thing available is usually boxy sleeveless crewnecks. Where can I find them for cheap? The few I can find are always high end. I'm also looking for lower neck tank tops to go under sheer halter-like shirts like this one: <a href="http://www.forever21.com/product.asp?catalog_name=FOREVER21&#038;category_name=fashiontop&#038;product_id=2052240624&#038;Page=25" rel="nofollow">http://www.forever21.com/produ.....38;Page=25</a> That top is pretty ugly, and I don't own it, but it's a good example of what I mean. The ones I like are usually button ups with ruffles. </p>
