Wow! The dresses are beautiful on you!! I really love the snake print dress on you more than the animal print one. Boo the neck isn't quite to your liking.

Great jacket and vest too.

Great stuff! I love the plaid pants and jacket/vest combo on you. So cool! And both dresses look great, but I have a slight preference for the Tory Burch.

My credit card is smoking too from all the online orders with multiple sizes. Fortunately most of the online stuff is being returned.

I had to size up one size in the Paige plaid pants. But the J Brand plum jeans I bought in my regular size and unfortunately they are really stretchy and bagged out and are sliding down. I HATE that feeling!

Nice stuff! I really like those plaid skinnies on you! And the jacket is a no brainer. I actually tried on a similar Trouve jacket (maybe last year's version) back in the spring on markdown after the winter. I absolutely adored the neckline and would have snapped it up if my friends didn't insist it was too big on me. I think in a small size I would have. But I digress - it looks fantastic. Both dresses are great too - pick the most useful and what you love (real help I am huh?). Thanks for sharing

I will wear the dresses to work at home in the colder weather if I can find warm, preferably wool-based tights to wear with them, to accommodate the dog walk at the later part of the day.

My favorites here are the snake print dress on you with the silver booties (color and pattern just work so well on you) and the jacket over a dark tonal look with pants (not that it would have to be these pants or top, but just the general gist of this outfit). I like the leopard print dress too but for some reason lower contrast prints and outfit combinations look better to my eye with your coloring.

Well, I am useless to you because I love it ALL and you're sending me to the website to add things to my own shopping cart! Sheesh, when will the madness stop?

If you must choose, I would say take at least one dress and the jacket. I love both dresses. Would you wear them to work at home? (Again, you are making me wonder if I should step up my game here....) Would they fill the same purpose? Do they feel similar in mood or tone to you? If you can justify the cost, then what the heck -- they both look so gorgeous on you.

And the jacket!! Wow!

The jeans -- Angie says that premium denim has been getting smaller the last year or two...people are having to size up from their old sizes, and it's not just that we want a looser fit -- this is even if we don't (and haven't gained weight).

I LOVE the plaid. I'm trying to avoid any more super skinnies, though. Not that I will. In the end, a need for variety in my long winter will bite me in the bum, so to speak, and I will be scouring the sales after the holidays....

Weellll....I have taken other jeans that got too big to the tailor in the past to take in that center seam in back below the waist...you're tempting me to try. DD, the eponymous Lila, who wears leggings as pants, thought they looked too tight when I asked for the in person opinion.

As for sizing, this is the second pair of Paige that I have. The others are also a skinny moto style, but not this skinny (and they have the slide down problem). Both are a 27.

I have not worn True Religion before. I am a 27 in brands like AG, Citizens, and Rag and Bone, 26 in Joe's. Normal clothing sizes I am 4 or 6 depending on how high the waist is.

Wow! You're doing so well at NAS! I adore outfit #1. First, the pattern mixing is genius. Second, the sweater: I actually think I prefer the it as a vest, though I don't want to discount your feelings about your neck. FWIW, I don't see any issues here, and I think it looks great with the blouse. What if you were to wear your hair up, thus exposing a bit more of your neck? I wonder if that would make you feel more comfortable. I also love the sweater under the jacket as a shell in the other pic. It's a great piece. The pants: Love. They look super. Keeping in mind what Firecracker said, if you can fix the twist and you are okay with the skinniness, they're fab.

The dresses are both beautiful, but I prefer the Tory Burch. I think it fits you better, and you look stunning in it.

The jacket is perfect. That is all.

All excellent advice. My husband will be very glad if I get more dresses ... and I am working to include more in my wardrobe, so I'm glad people like how they look here!

I will have to check the leg of the pants, if I decide to keep them. The zipper is definitely part of the appeal for me. I am a child of the 80s and I love zippers and studs, and punky looks (my black leather moto would probably work with the pants). I had been planning to move away from skinnies and here I picked these and the plum J Brand. I know skinnies are not over, but they are not the main event this year for sure.

Unfortunately, sizing up is not going to work for me. I wish I could get an extra inch in diameter on each leg. Because of the small difference between my relatively wide waist and relatively narrow hips, jeans just slide right down over my flat rear and display my 'assets' if they are the tiniest bit big or too stretchy in the waist.

I LOVE the dresses! So much! The jacket is very nice too, seems like a versatile basic if you were black, but the colours & prints in both of the dresses just work so well with you. From the photos, they both look very flattering to your figure as well, but photos can disguise things, so only keep if you feel good in them.

I'm not big on the vest being worn on its own: the shoulders seem to cut in too much for that, but I'm hypersensitive to shoulder cuts (I have such broad ones), so it might not bother you. :)

The jeans are SO skinny that with the plaid & zippers they seem very punk-influenced. Would that work with your style?

Outfit 1 is so fun! I love the pattern-mixing. I like the plaid pants on you, but the left leg is twisted. Is that the way it goes on naturally (if so, I'd return), or does it just need to be twisted around into place? And you're keeping the Paul Green booties, it looks like--yay!

I like both dresses on you a lot. But if the neck on the Betsey Johnson bugs you, chances are you won't wear it. Jacket is fab, too--I think I like it better with the dresses than with the pants. I'd want something either shorter (like a moto or jeans jacket look) or a longer blazer with the pants.

And oh, goodness, those silver booties you threw on for the photo! Those are super.

Like Angie I really like both dresses and the jacket - wow! Maybe I should try it too as a substitute for a cropped tux? (it would be cropped on me I think)
Paige jeans look good but I hear you on the skinness - -I am so off tight skinnies now! I would be seriously considering them ifthey were not so skinny...

Your poor credit card...looks like it has to suffer a lot because this is all great loot!

I'm off to work with a client, but had to chime in quickly to say how killer the dresses and jacket look.

I already posted my first round of things I chose myself. Which was a lot. And then looking at Angie's picks and those of other Fab-ettes (looking at you, Goldenpig) I came up with others.

The Trouve jacket is definitely my favorite of the lot. I like the shape and the material. I also like the grey sleeveless sweater that Angie says she will wear as a vest. I probably won't do that, because my neck is short and I don't want to add too much bulk around that. I did try it, here, looks very preppy, not too bad though! I like the grey plaid Paige denim for the color and print fabric, but I'm not sure if I like the skinniness of the jeans on me.

I also tried two dresses, a Tory Burch leopard print and a Betsy Johnson snake print. I did not care for the Tory Burch dress, though that's generally a brand that works for me. I think it needed a curvier person. The Betsy Johnson seems like a contender because I think the heavy jacquard fabric will help encourage me to wear the dress in the winter (I am always cold and often avoid dresses for that reason.) And then I tried them on again for picture-taking purposes, and I liked the TB more and the BJ less (it does a foldy thing around the neck that I don't like.) I wouldn't necessarily wear the silver boots, but they were in the closet and not the mudroom, so I figured I would at least get the heel in for test purposes.

I've been wanting grey leopard print shoes or boots since last fall and have returned a few pairs. The Vince Camutos are going back, too. They are okay, but I thought they looked too cheap (the calf hair print was not awesome on my pair) and the heel was a little high. (Sorry, not trying on because I already put the tissue paper back in.)
