I checked out the jacket and the knit parts were actually on the removable liner, not the jacket itself! Perfect... but they didn't have my size. However, I found one I like even better - more classic and streamlined, even, but has pockets. Love it. I think the knit area on this is not overwhelming, dating it quickly. Knit goes in and out fairly often, but its not a main component of this look, so I think you'd get a great deal of use from it.
