				<description>&#060;p&#062;The Marc leather jacket was supposedly delivered to my front door Monday at 5:02pm. Since I was out of town, my neighbor was on the lookout for it. The box not only wasn't at the front door, it also wasn't at the garage door, the lower level office door, or anywhere else. When I got home yesterday I called Nordstrom expecting it to be a long call with working my way through phone prompts to get to a human, tracking numbers going back and forth, waiting for negotiation with UPS, etc. No phone prompts, only one explanation of what happened, and she called it a &#034;lost item&#034;, ordered a replacement for me and gave me free two day shipping. The whole thing took less than 10 minutes.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I would email customer service.&#038;nbsp; I had an item go on (more) sale between the time I ordered it and the time it arrived, so I emailed them to ask if there was anything they would do, and they credited my credit card within FIVE MINUTES of me sending it.&#038;nbsp; They were amazing.&#038;nbsp; All though email.

&#060;p&#062;I ordered two sizes of a dress (L and PL) from the Anniversary sale, and only one size is in my box although both sizes are show up with the same tracking number and both sizes are on my return label.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Is there a way to handle this without a phone call? &#038;nbsp;I'm super busy this week and don't have time for a call, but I don't want to let time elapse because I'm nervous I won't be believed that I didn't get the item so I think it is important to notify straight away.&#060;/p&#062;
