I’ve had good success in years past, particularly with jackets, coats, knitwear, bags and sometimes footwear. I retired recently so I’ve been transitioning my wardrobe over the last year from work wear to more casual. My gear capsule is bigger, thanks to Athleta. I’m in good shape with denim, boots and outerwear too. My NAS wish list looks different this year! So far it includes On sneakers and Zella shorts and sweatshirt. I did spy a brown suede crossbody bag that may make the list. I look forward to Angie’s picks and everyone’s finds! At first saw nothing except usual underwear. Second time through put a few items on wish list. My problem is that I already own a lot of clothes--more than I need for recent lifestyle changes. I don't see much in newer styles that calls to me. There is that one red blazer (L'Agence Syrah/Pink Multi Rococo). I've wanted a red jacket for some time now. Not a lot really grabbed me — I saw a number of styles repeated from the past, especially in footwear. But that’s just a quick first impression and sometimes interesting things pop up later. It was funny to see animal print boots again — it reminded me of those Matisse booties that you and I had many years ago, Angie! Those were cute. I will be very picky on the coat because of Texas weather it cannot be extremely heavy. I do have a puffer for that rare occasion it gets that cold. This what they decided to show in the book: Lots of browns, burgundies, reds, olives, taupes, and all sorts of blues. Navy too. A LOT of dark brown (it's the new black, apparently!) Jeans are roomy.  LOTS of beauty products in the catalogue. Quite a bit of silver jewellery and many brown handbags. It is! This will be my 21st NAS. Can barely believe it. I've been invited to a special item preview on June 30th. I begin working with clients on July 8th. My own appointment is on July 9th, my birthday.   There are great NAS's, and less great NAS's. It's a crapshoot and it's wise to go in with low expectations.  Here are the items from my wardrobe I've bought from the NAS that are still going strong. Some are many years old! Many are treasures and absolute workhorses.
