(It seems like a store for Tweens, so I feel a bit silly.). It's super soft with a nice drape. 'Vintage Boyfriend,' but it's definitely not a man's shaped/lumberjack shirt at all. I live in Texas (central) and it is the right weight for our cold-ish days here. I think it'll mainly be a topper, but that's just because of what I'm comfortable with (I literally bought my first pair of skinny jeans TODAY... I'm 35 and it's 2014; I have no reason, except being a pear, for avoiding the look this long). </p> <p>Also, great sales at AE and free shipping, so the shirt was only $28. Also Old Navy, especially online where they've got more colors than in store. Let me see if I can find some links. </p> <p>Find 1 is from BR, and I bought it earlier this fall - it's not flannel, just a softer cotton. Nice in-between weight imo. 2 is the same cut, I believe, in a white/blue; might be lighter coloring than you want.</p> <p>ON: 3 is popover style like one of the ones you pinned from Loft; 4 is full button-front. 5 &amp; 6 some more darker color options. </p> <p>Gap: 7 is actually a plaid chambray, kinda cool. 8 - buffalo plaid. 9 - a smaller check. </p> <p>Target: 10-13. I need one that isn't too thick or outdoorsy because I don't need that much warmth. Some, but not heavy duty flannel. Also, the man's shirt vibe doesn't work that well for me...I think my IT shoulders can go lumberjack too easily as it is, they don't need any help in that direction.</p> <p>My ideal would be black with some bright color (except yellow) but I'm open to black watch too. I liked these but they are sold out of course. I can't get my head around considering November end of season when even in the South we have 4 more months of winter. </p>
