Second - we talked about front pockets and how little would be left from them after alterations - I was fine with that . <br />She didn't move the zipper - she ripped the seams, separated the waistband from pants, cut some fabric and zipper too and re-attached the waistband in the new lower position ( 1 1/2" lower I think ).<br />On all three pants/jeans the alterations worked ok ( stretchy fabric on all of them ). I’ve just been living with some slightly higher rises (10” or a little more, if the fit is right), with untucked, semi-tucked, and tie-front tops.
