I think it would too expensive to make it worthwhile, especially considering that leather jackets are one area where I'm willing to splurge. That and I've had really bad experiences with tailors and would be uncomfortable entrusting one with a pricey garment. As to ponte sleeves, I'd prefer not to get them because they would reduce the durability of the garment and would increase the dry cleaning frequency.

You could get the waist tailored, although on a leather jacket it would be pricey. Is a leather jacket with ponte sleeves out of the question?

I wrote this entire reply having read the word "waist" as "wrist" . Sigh.

As the title of the post indicates, I'm soliciting recommendations for leather jackets--preferably moto--with very fitted waists and enough room for larger arms. By larger, I mean a two size difference. My Danier experience taught me that the arms do not stretch with wear, contra the salesperson's assurances. Any suggestions are welcome!
